General Description This position has the ability to manufacture complex wire harnesses used in military aircraft, meeting engineering requirements and quality standards.
When required, this position will lead teams to execute on project requirements.
The position requires strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Responsibilities o Participate in all aspects of production to ensure customer requirements are met on time and on budget o Demonstrate ability to inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes o Track project completion timelines to support on-time delivery o Ensure manufacturing tools and equipment function properly o Participate and support ISO:
9001 and AS:
9100 Quality Standards, Lean Manufacturing and Employee Safety Requirements o Experience in wire harness production, Aerospace manufacturing, Avionics or similar field o Experience in leading cross-functional programs o Demonstrated proficiency in successfully meeting cost and schedule requirements for major Defense acquisition aircraft production programs.
o Impeccable communication skills o Ability to perform in a collaborative engineering environment through problem solving and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
o Experience building wire harnesses of varying complexity to meet engineering requirements o Strong technical skills and aptitude; able to solder, use crimpers, and testing equipment o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Strong work ethic Education o High School Diploma or higher preferred The Perks o 401k with company match o Monday to Friday schedule o Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Education o High School Diploma preferred Salary $25-$35 per hour commensurate on experience All offers of employment at ConexSmart are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check.
