We are seeking a dynamic and highly-motivated Accounting Manager to become an integral part of our finance team in the Manufacturing industry.
This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
As the Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1.
Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
2.
Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, filed, and reported.
3.
Developing and implementing effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to drive optimal performance.
4.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
5.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
6.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
7.
Collaborating with the management team to support overall department goals and objectives.
8.
Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
Qualifications:
1.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
A Master's degree or CPA certification will be considered an advantage.
2.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3.
Proficiency in accounting software, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
4.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting and inventory valuation.
5.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
8.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9.
High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
