Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Distribution Lead will encompass all areas within Distribution - inventory, pack-out, production, shipping, and receiving.
This role will be an expert in all areas and be able to lead a team by providing support and necessary training.

Assign duties and monitor work for accuracy along with conformance to policies and proceduresResponsible for training and monitoring new employeesFacilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure schedules & deadlines are metUtilize schedules, reports, and other information provided by management to make timely, well-informed decisions regarding staffing levels, job assignments, and work flowThis list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position and other duties may be assigned.

Well-versed in each distribution area within the warehouse:
inventory, production, pack out, and shipping/receivingUse computers and the appropriate applications to effectively communicate, complete and generate reports, conduct research, and complete other tasks as assignedGenerate, complete, maintain, and process any required paperwork or documents needed to insure completion of jobs, tasks, or work assignments to meet organizational goals & objectivesPhysical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
